Fantastic experience- for 20 years I’ve taken various Lexus vehicles only to the dealer, but found AutoWorks Tampa after searching for a less expensive alternative. I had missed my 30K (& 60K!) tuneup on my 2020 GX, & my vehicle was vibrating badly @ 60mph. I called in late day and Jessie was able to get my vehicle in the next morning- it needed two new front tires (mine were worn badly despite all four being replaced two years ago- I drive a lot!), alignment plus tuneup, etc. (we had done regular oil changes & brakes)… I expected the bill to be more than double the $1300 that it was, & that $1300 included two high end tires (required for this truck). Highly recommend if you’re trying to avoid the expense of dealership service depts. I’ll only go to AutoWorks from now on! And! Everyone has a great attitude there- so easy to talk with and transact!!!
