A little late on my review, but I have to say — this place is fantastic. On my way to work, my Subaru’s A/C compressor failed, which snapped the serpentine belt and caused coolant to spray everywhere. I turned to ChatGPT for help, and it led me straight to Auto Works of Tampa. And I’m glad it did — these guys are honest, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. Corey and Jessie were awesome and took great care of me. They had the work done quickly, too!
After picking up my WRX, I wasn’t totally confident about the coolant level the next day. Since I had no way to get the car back to them, they actually came to pick it up themselves. They monitored it for most of the day and then delivered it back to me once they confirmed everything was running perfectly.
They stand behind their work with a solid warranty, which gives me a ton of peace of mind. Truly a 5-star shop with 5-star service. I’ll be bringing all my vehicles here from now on. Highly recommend!
